Day 1
RULES
Number of Participants: 3 (Classes 9-12)
● The topic will be told on the first day of the event.
● The film will be in English and use of other languages is not allowed.
● Shooting of events is allowed but not more than 3 clips of the events is to be used.
● Participants can start shooting around campus after receiving the topic. Some
areas around school are restricted for shooting which will be mentioned.
● By the next day at 11 the participants are not allowed to shoot anymore and must
start editing their respective films. They will be given exactly 1.5 hours to edit.
● Final file should be in MP4 format- file size maximum of 500MB.
● The film must be submitted by 12:45 pm after editing. Exceeding the time limit will
lead to deduction of points.
● Duration: 3-5 minutes
● The film should not have any content which may raise religious or political
controversies.
● Stock footage, copyrighted music, or materials not belonging to the participants will
not be allowed.
● The short film should NOT have the name of the school or the participants anywhere
in the final edited film (including the file name). It should only have the school code
number which will be shared with the participants.
● Judgment Criteria: Concept, Camera, Graphics, Editing.
